Wednesday, January 06, 2016. Well, it has been a year of silence here on the blog but as its a new year I thought I would give it another go! I have made a promise to myself to post once or twice a month and hopefully I will be able to stick to it - well see! So what have I been up to? Sunday, 5 June 2016. Totally out of season actually. Because I had an idea and I pulled the fabric. And I actually cut it. I might even finish it before Christmas. Now that would be a Christmas miracle. Saturday, 4 June 2016. Because this is England and when the sun shines it is hard to beat. We walked around peeking into the gates of the various colleges that make up the university. And just kept walking because it was too nice not too.

So, excitingly, my second attempt at ordering coat fabric arrived yesterday.

Of course I forgot to get pictures, doh.

I posted a picture on flickr last week of the design for my new baby quilt using Quiltography. I have beavering away on the quilt top to show you and I am so pleased with how it turned out, it is a simple way to display these lovely patterns.
